Purchased my L Screen and had a bit of trouble getting notification of shipping as the computers were down etc .... after sending an email to CS they alerted me that not only was the item on its way but was to be delivered earlier than expected and on THAT DAY!  Overall the experience was great .. free shipping no tax and the price was much better than anywhere else online.  Will def use again
